He made the boy drink the water and the medicine and told her what to do. Johan grabbed his bag and went to the woman house. She wasn't scared and begged for medicine for her child. The knight pushed down some woman that was trying to approach Johan. Johan was going to the well to draw water and some knight went with him. There they don't have enought supply or manpower. they carry Marx (some knight/ soldier?) to the village. Johan then orders Leonhart to accompany Nahat. He knows that if was his sister - she wouldn't abandon them. He knows that he don't have anything more important than his life so even if he ran away no one will blame him.
The truth is that Johan knows that he will get nothing from taking a good care of those people. Johan: Please come back as soon as possible so that won't happen.
Nahat say that if Johan suffers from an illness while studying abroad it would be a bad thing but Johan says that his father doesn't care if he died from illness and if that does happen it's the result of his own actions and it unrelated to the Kingdom of Vint. Johan said that fortunately he's also studying pharmacology and he will try and not let people die. Nahat should go back and bring medicine and doctors (?) Nahat can't do anything as a boy, but as a prince he can help those people. Later they encountered Nahat and because the medicine wasn't working and Nahat didn't have experience with nursing he would be useless so Johan said that it was better for him to return. Johan and Leon went to the village that was suffering from the disease.
